Meet the Doctor
Brian K. Baker, O.D.
Dr. Baker is a 1999 graduate with Honors from the Southern College of Optometry. During that time, he completed internships at the Missouri Eye Institute in Springfield, MO and at a private practice in Raleigh, NC. Prior to that, he graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1994 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Dr. Baker is a native of Advance and a 1990 graduate of Davie High School.
Dr. Baker is a member of the American Optometric Association, the North Carolina Optometric Society and the Winston-Salem Optometric Society. He volunteers several times a year providing eye examinations at the Community Care Center in Winston-Salem and A Storehouse for Jesus in Mocksville. He is also a charter member of the Davie Civitan Club.
Dr. Baker currently resides in Advance with his wife, Marci, and son, Joshua. In his free time, he enjoys playing golf and spending time with his family.
